BluPack is a medication adherence platform designed to simplify how people manage daily prescriptions. Combining intelligent packaging with a companion mobile app, the service helps patients take the right medicine at the right time while giving caregivers greater visibility into treatment adherence. I led the product strategy, user experience, brand identity, packaging, and service design to create a seamless end-to-end healthcare experience.
Millions of patients—particularly senior citizens and people managing chronic illnesses—struggle to take medication consistently. Traditional pill strips are difficult to organize, often leading to missed doses, medication waste, and poor adherence. Caregivers also have limited visibility into whether prescriptions are being followed correctly.
BluPack combines automated medicine repackaging with a digital companion experience. Prescription medicines are robotically de-blistered and packed into individually labeled sachets containing the correct dosage for a specific date and time. A companion mobile app enables patients and caregivers to monitor adherence, receive reminders, reorder prescriptions, and manage medication schedules from a single interface.
BluPack transformed medication management into a simpler, safer, and more human-centered experience. By combining thoughtful packaging with digital monitoring, the solution reduced cognitive load for patients, improved medication adherence, and gave caregivers greater confidence that loved ones were following prescribed treatment plans.
I led the end-to-end design process—from user research and service mapping to product strategy, UX/UI design, packaging design, and brand identity. Working closely with founders, pharmacists, patients, and caregivers, I helped define a service experience that connected the physical and digital touchpoints into a single healthcare ecosystem.
